We've tailored this Affiliate Program for our upcoming livestreamed training in September 2025. As an affiliate partner, you can provide your clients and students with a unique link, leading to the Fundamental Training, Advanced Training or Teacher Training. We have also created affiliate links for the Fundamental & Advanced Resits, with commission earned when your student adds on the Advanced or Teacher Trainings, respectively.


Your clients can also access the Fundamental, Advanced and Teacher Trainings at the early bird rate, with savings up to $1,000 AUD.

Commission Structure

  • Higher-tier trainings and add-ons offer increased earnings, with commissions ranging from 5% to 10%.
  • The highest earning potential ($1,044 AUD per client) is achieved when referring a full package, including the Fundamental, Advanced and Teacher Trainings.
  • Standalone Teacher Training referrals at 10% commission offer a straightforward $500 AUD per client.

Step-by-Step Flow

  • 1. Register as an Affiliate: Sign up to the Affiliate Program, via Thrivecart, using the button below. After submission, a dedicated team will manually approve your account.
  • 2. Access your dasboard & links: After you have been manually approved as an affiliate partner, you can access your private Thrivecart dashboard, where you’ll find your unique affiliate links and can track your commissions.
  • 3. Share your links: Choose from a variety of unique links to share on the platforms that feel right for you! For instance, you may choose to create a landing page to share your affiliate link for the Fundamental Training. Or, might email your recent Fundamental Training Graduates with your affiliate link for the Advanced Training. Tailor the program to your practice and the needs of your client base!

How do I access my ThriveCart account and track my affiliate activities?

After registering for the Affiliate Program, you’ll be guided through a step-by-step process to create a ThriveCart account using your email address. A password will be generated for you. You will be able to log into your ThriveCart account using your email and the generated password. The main page is your Dashboard, which will provide you with everything you need to know. You can track your Affiliate link activities on the Dashboard.

Note: Once you’re in ThriveCart, go immediately to your account settings and update your password to something you will remember.  

Where do I find my Affiliate Links?

You can access yourAffiliate Links through your ThriveCart dashboard. Simply log in using theemail and password you created during the Affiliate Program registrationprocess. On your Dashboard, click the Products tab, where you’ll find all yourAffiliate Links: https://share.zight.com/KouRjPOo 

I haven’t accessed my ThriveCart account in a while and can’t log in. How can I regain access to my existing account?

Ensure you log in withthe same email address you used to set up the Thrivecart Account – even if itis an email address you no longer use.

If you can’t rememberthe password, follow the following instructions:

1. Go to the ThriveCart login page: https://thrivecart.com/login/

2. Click on "Forgot your password?"

3.  Enter the email address associated with your account.

4.  Check your inbox for a password reset email and followthe instructions to create a new password.

5.  Log in with your new password.

Which Affiliate link/s should I use?

This program is here to help you share registeringfor Alexis Cartwright's live-streamed training sessions in a way that worksbest for you and your clients.

Each Affiliate link is tailored to fitdifferent client needs, so you’ll have an option for every scenario:


1. Fundamental Trainingwith the option to register for Advanced Training

This link is ideal forclients primarily interested in Fundamental Training but who also want theoption to book into Advanced Training (using the same link).

You can use your Affiliate Links in your personal communications and any marketing activity that you run:

Can I share my affiliate link with a client who has already completed a training with me?

Yes! Theaffiliate program is designed to support clients who have yet to complete certain training levels. Each affiliate link corresponds to a specific training level, ensuring that your clients or students can register for the courses you do not or cannot offer.

For example, if you have previously taught the Fundamental Training or are scheduled to teachit soon, you can provide your students with your affiliate link to the Advanced Training. This enables you to guide them seamlessly through their continued learning journey.

 

When my client or student signs up for training with Alexis, what is my role, ongoing?

The Affiliate Program is designed to support you as a Transference Healing Practitioner and Teacher when working with your clients. If your clients express interest in our core training but are unable to train directly with you, this program allows you to offer them an empowering alternative. It also strengthens your role as their Teacher, offering support throughout their journey.

I have a client who wants to resit Fundamentals and Advanced but also book into the Teacher Training. How should they proceed using the provided links?

To complete their booking successfully, they will need to use two links:

1.Link #5 – Select and book Fundamental Resit only (do not select the Advanced add-on).

2.Link #6 – Choose Advanced Resit and Teacher Training Add-on to their booking.

Is ongoing support or training available to help maximise my success as an affiliate?

Can I promote this offer to anyone?

You can directly share your unique affiliate links with someone you know or have introduced to Transference Healing who is interested in learning Transference Healing. These could include your clients, students, or simply interested customers who have engaged in conversations about Transference Healing with you. You may also use the affiliate links on your website or an online landing page, as well as social media, newsletters, blog posts, or similar.

Are there marketing materials or support to help me promote the program and the Livestream Training?
Ready-to-use materials, including banners, social media posts, and email templates will be shared with you throughout the year. When new materials are available, we will email you, and provide access from the Graduate Gateway. 

A tdedicated team is always available should you require further guidance.

What’s included in the early bird offers? Does this affect my commission?

Your affiliate links provide access to the same early bird discountsoffered if your client or student booked directly with Transference Healing.Using an affiliate link does not affect your client or you.

Each Affiliatelink is tailored to fit your different client or student needs, so you’ll havean option for every scenario:

1. Fundamental Training with the ability to register for Advanced Training: Bundle price: $6,900 (They save $500) 

2. Advanced Training with the ability to register for Teacher Training: Bundle price: $7,950 (They save $750) 

3.Teacher Training: (No bundle). 

4. Fundamental with the ability to register for Advanced and Teacher Training: Bundle Price: $11,400 (They save $1,000)

5. Resit FundamentalTraining with the option to register for Advanced Training: (No bundle).

How are commissions earned and paid?

You will receive an email when your client makes a purchase using your unique affiliate links. Your client's registration and earnings will be available to view and track in your Thrivecart Dashboard. 

For Transference Healing to complete the payment, we will require an invoice from you, detailing your student's name, applicable commission due, and bank details. 

Transference Healing will make affiliate payments every month and upon receiving your invoice.

Can I use my commission for products, training, mass healings or webinars?

Yes, you can apply commissions earned towards products, training, mass healings or webinars. To proceed, we will need an invoice from you that includes the student's name and the applicable commission due. Once we receive your invoice, we will apply the commission towards your requested product or service.

What is the commission structure for the Affiliate Program? How much can I potentially earn? And when will I get paid?
Affiliates can earn commissions ranging from $409 to $1,044 AUD, per client, depending on the package chosen. Refer to the Commission Structure above for more details.

What happens if my client cancels their trainingbooking after registering through my affiliate link and I have already receivedthe commission?

If a client cancels their training booking after registering through your affiliate link and the commission has already been paid, we will issue a credit note and apply it to your next invoice, whereby you refund Transference Healing.

We request that the payment be refunded to the same account from which it was originally paid - Transference Healing Account - and clearly labelled via the reference for ease of tracking:  Refund Affiliate Commission – (Name of Student).

We strongly advise signing up for the Affiliate Program promptly to ensure you don't miss out on potential commissions. This proactive approach ensures you have ample time to reach all your customers and share your unique link with them, avoiding missed opportunities.

What happens if someone I refer has questions or issues related to the program?
If you cannot resolve the issue yourself, refer them to laverne@transferencehealing.com. We will keep you informed of the resolution.
